Luke and David discuss the importance of "bearing with one another" as they discuss what promotes good character. This episode talks a little about the church and the responsibility we have as Christians to forgive. It is a good one. Rated 5 stars by Luke Ramey.

Luke and Kim sat down and talked about the importance of being intentionally inclusive as a way to develop "good character". Luke also compares himself with Dawson Leary - which is immediately rejected by Kim.

Luke and Craig sit down and discuss what "Good Character" looks like and Craig suggests "selflessness" as a character trait that is crucial. Luke agrees.

Obviously on a list of good character traits is "integrity". We chat about how integrity isn't beholden to a moral position - it is just a consistency of what you are doing and saying. 

When we talk about having Good Character - it includes being comfortable enough to hear and consider new ideas. This doesn't mean we always implement them - but it does mean we listen and respond in a way that builds up the person sharing the new idea with us.

We talk about how generosity is a part of our Character and how generosity, done right, seeks out opportunity to give - time, money and words of encouragement.

Today we continue the look at Character by talking about what it means to be honest about who you are and what your expectations are.

 

Today we talk about Character and the importance of not cutting corners in our business, personal life and family.

Definitely not a fan favorite for those who love Saturday Night Live, but for sure my all-time favorite cast member. Always funny, best Weekend Update host for me, for sure.

Norm - you were funny and you inspired the way I look and use comedy. I am confident you wouldn't care what I think at all.

We look at Afghanistan in this episode and the progressive moves they are making with women in their culture. Although these things may not seem that progressive to a western world - compared to the last time that the Taliban ruled Afghanistan - this is pretty huge. It also is a nice sign that the Taliban, viewed as some of the most conservative for Islamic Governments, is able to progress with equality.
